Just two hours from Geneva and Lyon, Chalet Pearl is on a quiet road in the centre of Champagny, La Plagne. Devoid of crowds and tour operators, Champagny, one of the ten villages that make up La Plagne, was voted 'best unspoiled alpine village in France' by Daily Mail Ski magazine.

The chalet is five mins walk to the supermarket and boulangerie and just 10 mins walk to bars, restaurants and the express gondola. This whisks you to the slopes in just eight minutes.

Champagny is part of the vast La Plagne resort, in Paradiski. While Courchevel is also just 20 mins drive away, part of the Three Valleys: the world's biggest ski area.

Non-skiers can enjoy the winter wonderland via plenty of walking and snowshoeing trails or try out cross-country skiing at the nearby nordic ski park. Adrenaline seekers can climb the ice tower at Champagny le Haut or take the nerve-shredding sledging track at Courchevel Moriand (1650).
